The first beer in our new International Collab Series. Partnering up with our friends Boneface from across the Tasman, we were looking to make a beer that truly highlights NZ ingredients. A crisp fermentation at colder temps alongside a clean malt profile (light bread) and bag loads of both breweries’ favourite NZ Hops (Motueka and Nelson Sauvin) to create aromas of lemon, lime, passionfruit and gooseberry reminiscent of classic NZ white wine.
