The team at Pasteur St are renowned for combining unique Vietnamese ingredients with modern craft brewing know how. Inspired by Pasteur Street’s flagship Pomelo IPA, we’ve collaborated to brew a bold west coast style Mandarin IPA utlising locally grown Queensland mandarin.

We've crossed the oceans in search of the perfect beer - swapping hops, tips and recipes with our mates across the world & drawing inspiration from their towns. The neighborhood series embraces the innovation and collaboration of craft beer to create our most exciting IPA’s yet - after all, we’re stronger when we work together.  Our Neighbourhood street is slowly coming to life now we have 2 releases out - check out the street below!
