Deliveries within the nominated suburbs will be done by Ballistic staff for no additional charge.
Deliveries made within the Brisbane region, outside of the nominated suburbs will be delivered at an additional $5.
All other deliveries are subject to flat rates determined by our courier and are subject to change at any time, with or without notice.

 

Deliveries will occur between 8 am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.  Deliveries will be left on the doorstep unless delivery instructions are provided.  Our drivers will not be asking for you to sign for delivery but will rely on photo records of payment and SMS, so please include your phone number.

 

Orders for addresses outside the nominated delivery areas will be sent via a courier and may take 1-3 working days to be delivered.
