Adding Sabro to an Imperial Stout triggered alarm amongst some of our brewers. “No one even likes Sabro” muttered one. “It tastes like sunscreen!” screamed another. We did it anyway and the result is an Imperial Stout that brings big luscious malt complexity with a complimentary tropical hop profile displaying notes of citrus, coconut and wood. This is a beer with Sabro that even the stout heads could get behind!
