Deliveries are subject to flat rates determined by our courier and are subject to change at any time, with or without notice. All orders will be sent via a courier and may take 1-3 working days to be dispatched from our warehouse.

 

Refunds and Returns


Damaged in Transit Guarantee

In the event you receive goods that are damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact info@ballisticbeer.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund the value of the damaged or incorrect goods. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or faulty.

Refunds will be debited onto the credit card used to make the purchase. We will seek to process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed.

Change of Mind – Merchandise Purchases 

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via info@ballisticbeer.com.au. If you have changed your mind or selected the wrong size, you can return your order within 30 days and exchange the goods as long as they are in their original condition. Shipping will be at your own cost for change of mind returns.

Please contact us at to let us know to expect your return. You can find the return address on the shipping label from your original order. We may not accept returns if they are received damaged or incomplete. Refunds will be debited onto the credit card used to make the purchase.   • Contact Details (Phone, Email Address and Address)
  • Product issue
  • Purchase details (Proof of transaction, where the product was purchased, date of purchase, etc.) 
  • Batch number shown on the bottom of the can or carton
