Ballistic Beer is a multi gold award-winning and named Queensland's best large brewery for 2020. Ballistic is passionate about crafting and delivering the best possible beer experience to everyone, regardless of their taste, knowledge, preference or style.

Salisbury is our brewing headquarters located 10km south of Brisbane City. Within our brewery we house a cellar-door/bar showcasing almost two-dozen tapped beers made in house. Alongside our bar, the brewery also caters for events in our brand new function space, fully equipped with up to eight tapped beers, wines and a commercial kitchen space.

Currently, Salisbury is searching for extra team members who are willing to work days inclusive of Thursday through Sunday, along with the potential to run functions also.

We require staff to have a valid Queensland RSA. Experience can be beneficial to your application.
